Turn inside out to protect the embroidery, the most gentle option is to hand wash and allow the item to air dry, but we know not everyone has time for that. If you do choose to machine wash, we recommend the following:

Try to not wash the item with other clothing that might cause damage, such as zippers or buttons. Choose a mild detergent and if the embroidery features bright colors, a gentle wash in cold water can reduce the chance of colors bleeding.

If you need to iron, avoid steam and do not place the iron directly onto the embroidered area. Instead, use a pressing cloth over the embroidery or iron on the reverse side.

These quick tips can take mere minutes and keep your custom embroidered items in pristine condition!

Because everything we create is custom, made-to-order, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.

All orders that are needed within seven business days are considered EMERGENCY ORDERS. A 50% rush fee is added to the total and must be approved by ownership first. Rush Shipping and handling will be charged to your account. See our Emergency Order Policy for details.

All orders are customized to your specifications.  Cancellations made after your order has been placed are subject to a 25% cancellation fee on the total order value, to cover restocking and any additional fees required to cover services already rendered. No cancellations will be accepted once production or any manipulation of the garments has begun on the order.
